ABOUT TIM

As an internationally recognized leader, award winning performer and catalyst for social change, Tim Swain has inspired global audiences for nearly 20 years. With over 15 years of experience as a leadership development professional and program manager, he uses his unique style of empowerment to fuse life lessons into entertaining and innovative performances. Swain has headlined international venues in Mexico, Ghana, Jamaica, the UK and the U.S.

He is a global citizen, as well as a co-founder of Anidaso 360, an organization that drives social change through cultural immersion experiences to strengthen the collective wellbeing of people of color. Swain holds a bachelor's in communications and a master’s of education from Texas State University, as well as a master’s in theology from the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Ghana. 

Swain has extensive experience in curating, innovating, and developing programs for colleges and universities including Duke University, Texas State University, and Washington State University. Since 2015, he has spearheaded numerous community development and youth empowerment initiatives in various countries. He is the author of two books, “The Bird Outside My Window, a colorful children’s book, and “Akwaaba: The Complete Guide to Your Stay in Ghana, a simple guide for people visiting or moving to Ghana. Swain is a transition and cultural consultant, and a bi-continental citizen, traveling between the U.S. and Ghana with his wife and son.
